2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a service was paid for and not provided due to our fault (e.g., shipment not picked up, delivery not attempted), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental double payments, the excess amount will be refunded.

  • Service Failure: If a shipment is lost or damaged due to our negligence and the issue is not resolved via insurance or claims, a refund may be issued in accordance with our liability terms.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, incorrect shipment details).

  • Cancellation of services after the shipment has been dispatched or delivery has started.

  • Third-party carrier issues where Sokloz Limited is not the carrier, but only an intermediary.


4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 business days of the issue, and provide the following details:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Service reference or tracking number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documents (e.g., proof of payment, photos, invoices)

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the issue to our customer service management team. Further unresolved disputes may be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
